Today in this article I am sharing 2 recipes of the healthier version of sandwiches which will promote weight loss. These 2 sandwiches are protein, vitamins, and minerals rich. It is also low in calories you can have it in the breakfast as well as in the lunch. It will give you the feeling of fullness.




  • First Sandwich Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 small bowl Green gram
  • 1-2 pieces of apple
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 TSP roasted Flax seeds powder
  • 1 TSP roasted cumin seeds
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Brown/Multi grain Bread

Method: Take overnight soaked green gram in a mixer jar put garlic cloves, green chili, dry roast flax seeds powder, dry roast cumin seeds, pink Himalayan salt and apple pieces. Grind everything and make a smooth paste. Spread this paste on bread slice and add grated carrot and few slices of onion. Now cook this sandwich in a nonstick pan without any oil your delicious healthy weight loss sandwich is ready to serve you can even have it uncooked.

  • Second Sandwich Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • Two and a half TBSP Crumbled Paneer
  • One and a half TSP Fresh curd( strain entire water before use)
  • 1 green chili
  • Finely chopped tomato
  • Finely chopped onion
  • Pink Himalayan salt
  • One fourth TSP roasted Flax seeds powder
  • One fourth TSP cinnamon powder
  • Half banana it will enhance the taste (optional)
  • Brown/Multi grain Bread

Method: Mix all the ingredients except banana. Spread the mixer on the bread slice and then put banana pieces on top of that. Cook the sandwich on a nonstick pan without any oil and your healthy yummy weight loss sandwich is ready to eat.
