Low Calorie Weight Loss Dinner Recipe Idea

I always experiment for my dinner when I am on a diet because I always feel that we have so many options to eat for the rest of the day except dinner. There are people who eat only some fruits, salads or soups in their dinner while dieting but I am a person who wants something filling at dinner something very light easy to digest low in calories & fewer carbs but at the same time something filling So I always experiment with some ideas and today I will share a dinner recipe idea which has only 281 calories and serving size is for single person only. This dinner recipe is super delicious and guilt free as well.

  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Green Chili
  • 2 Medium Size Tomato                                                                                                              88
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 13 grams Peas(Approximately 1 TBSP)                                                                           10
  • 30 gram Oats                                                                                                                                                                                          (Approximately 3 TBSP)                                                                                                          20
  • 18-gram dry roasted Peanuts                                                                                                                                                            (Approximately 2 TBSP)                                                                                                         108
  • Half to One TSP Honey (optional)
  • One third TSP Garam Masala
  • One fourth Cinnamon Powder
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Pink Himalayan Salt

Method: Take 2 cups of water in a saucepan put capsicum, carrot, onion, garlic, green chili and salt first cook it on high flame for one boil then cover it with a lid and let it cook on slow flame. By the time vegetables are getting cooked prepare a mixer for the gravy to make the tomato puree and add cinnamon powder, garam masala powder and turmeric mix it well and keep it aside. Now vegetables are cooked now add peas and tomato puree mixer in it and stir it well now add oats, dry roasted peanuts, and honey in it again stir it well and cover it with a lid for 1-2 minutes. Now finally add some coriander leaves and your super duper delicious weight loss dinner is ready to serve.*Adding honey will give a little tangy flavor spicy and sweet flavor to the recipe it will enhance the taste but it is optional if you don’t like sweetness much or you are diabetic patient then you can totally avoid it.

 

This dinner recipe is high in protein, vitamins & nutrition and gives you amazing effect in weight loss. I would suggest you to add this dinner recipe to your daily diet with a healthy diet for the rest of the day and I am sure you will be amazed at the results.
