Healthy Mango Oatmeal Cookies
In this article, I am sharing a healthy snack mango cookies recipe which you can even have while dieting & during your weight management. Being on diet it is very difficult to soothe your taste buds & in that case either we get bored with the dieting or we start cheating in our dieting so I thought why not to make a delicious tasty recipe which will improve your taste buds keeps you motivated towards your dieting. these cookies are full of nutrients, super healthy perfect for weight loss or weight management. Diabetic patients, thyroid & PCOD patients can also have these cookies during their dieting. These mango cookies are very delicious & full of nutrients, unlike market cookies which are full of preservatives & unhealthy sweeteners.
- 1 Large mango pulp
- 2-3 TBSP Oats flour
- 2 TBSP Oats(not flour)
- 2 TSP Coconut sugar or honey(coconut sugar is recommended)
- 1 small bowl of dry fruits (pumpkin seeds, almonds, black raisins)
METHOD: Mix all the ingredients properly & prepare a batter. Now take a baking tray place a baking sheet on it & grease it properly now place a small size of cookies on it. Preheat your microwave on 180 degree Celsius & bake these cookies on 150 degree Celsius for 40-45 minutes and our healthy, tasty crunchy cookies are ready. You can preserve these cookies for up to 5-6 days, not more than that as we did not used any preservatives in it & also try to keep these cookies in glass containers this will keep them fresh for 5-6 days. Each cookie contains 70-75 calories & that too with lots of nutrition. You can also watch the entire process below.
